The Facts:
Horn said Sunday night he plans to report to the team's offseason conditioning program today even without a new contract in hand. Earlier this week, Horn threatened to skip the program if a new deal was not signed. "I had a change of heart," Horn said. "I slept on it and decided that I didn't want to be a distraction in any way. The way we ended the season last year is the way I want things to continue this offseason."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Horn is scheduled to earn a $3.8 million base salary this season, but the Saints would like to re-negotiate the deal to lower his $6.5 million salary cap figure. Horn said he is even willing to include a clause in the deal that would return money to the team if his production doesn't merit his pay. "If they give me a contract that's equal to the top two or three guys in the league and I'm not producing, then I would be willing to sign on the dotted line to give the money back to the organization," he said.
