Based on a variety of factors (including salary, his history of injuries and failure to bring the team a championship), both ESPN reporters believe McNabb faces a serious evaluation this fall. Paolantonio, appearing on NFL Live moments ago, went so far as to suggest McNabb, coming off a torn ACL, needs to lead the team a Super Bowl this year to remain an Eagle. ... Seems like a rather black-and-white assessment. But as Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio suggested this morning, the fact that Kevin Kolb was drafted last weekend -- with Philadelphia's first pick -- is indicative of an organization that has at least had the internal conversation as to whether McNabb is the long-term solution. ...
