The Giants and Finn yesterday reached a tentative agreement on a five-year contract that will keep the free-agent fullback with the team, his agent, Alan Herman, said. The contract is pending the anticipated approval of general manager Ernie Accorsi, who is attending the league meetings in Hawaii. The fullback plans to sign the deal on Monday.
