The Facts:
HC Mike McCarthy said on Sunday that Brett Favre likely will attend the May 18-20 workouts but probably won't participate. Backup Aaron Rodgers has been in Green Bay for most of the off-season workout program that began on March 19, but he has been limited while recovering from surgery to repair the fifth metatarsal in his left foot. Rodgers has been doing some drills in the recent quarterback school, according to McCarthy, but hasn't been cleared to participate in everything.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Favre had surgery to remove bone spurs from his left ankle on Feb. 26 and has been going through a rehabilitation program at home in Mississippi. Rodgers broke the bone while playing in relief of Favre during the Nov. 19 blowout loss to the New England Patriots. He spent six weeks on crutches. ... That should mean a lot of work for second-year quarterback Ingle Martin not only in the next mini-camp but during the organized team activities (OTAs) in June.
