Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The move was not totally unexpected, given that the Falcons have a new head coach in Bobby Petrino, and are revamping their offense. It comes in advance of Friday's start to the initial mandatory mini-camp under Petrino's stewardship and at a position with plenty of depth behind starter and four-time Pro Bowler Alge Crumpler. Dwayne Blakley is No. 2 player and the new staff has been impressed by the work of youngster Daniel Fells. The Falcons also chose former University of Georgia standout tight end Martrez Milner in the fourth round of this year's draft.
