The Facts:
The Washington Redskins on Monday signed tight end Zach Hilton and wide receiver Adrian Madise. Terms were not disclosed for either deal.

The 6-7, 262-pound Hilton spent parts of three seasons with the Saints before being released prior to the 2006 campaign. His best season came in 2005, when he had 35 receptions for 396 yards and one touchdown in 15 games with the Saints. ... The 5-11 Madise has not appeared in an NFL game since 2003, when he played in 11 games with the Denver Broncos and recorded two receptions for 10 yards.
