The Facts:
Calling it a "work in progress," head coach Nick Saban confirmed Tuesday that he has
spoken with Williams about returning to the Dolphins. "Basically, all we're trying to do is [say], 'Look, if you want to come back and play football, it's your decision. If you're willing to do the things you need to do to do that, you have an opportunity to do that,'" said Saban. The coach added, "The lines of communication have been opened so that if there is a commitment, the possibility exists that we would be supportive of him coming back to the Dolphins."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
There are questions as to whether Williams wants to play again and what type of shape he would be in if he did. If that's actually the case, Williams would need to complete a significant series of steps related to his staning in the NFL's substance-abuse program. ... For what it's worth Saban said that even if Williams wants to return, the team would still consider choosing a tailback with the second overall selection in April's draft.
