According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Smithy will earn $23.45 million over the next three years; he was scheduled to earn $11.55 million over those three years. Then the final three years are worth $20.5 million. As Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio notes, that's an average of $7.3 million per year and puts Smith behind only Colts receiver Marvin Harrison on the list of wideout wages.
