It is becoming obvious that OC Todd Haley, in working with the wideouts (no surprise, since Haley was receivers coach in his last job with the Cowboys), has made Fitzgerald a focus.

According to Tribune beat man Darren Urban, many of the points Haley has made on the field have been emphasized ending with "11" -- Fitzgerald's jersey number -- as Haley tries to make sure Fitzgerald has heard the message. Urban went on to note that if the coaches can get Fitzgerald to raise his game -- and he has already been Pro Bowl-caliber player -- the Cards' offense could be scary.
