The Facts:
In his first interview since mini-camp started Friday, Owens told reporters what a Jason Garrett-directed offense will be like. "I think it's going to be explosive and get everybody involved and will allow me to move around a little bit and get me more involved than I was last year," the receiver said. "I'm looking forward to it. They're going to move me around a little bit. I may even play tight end."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Owens, who caught the ball well during the now-concluded mini-camp, often criticized former OC Todd Haley's play-calling last season, arguing that the offense didn't go downfield enough. Haley is now with the Cardinals. ... Owens, who had surgery in January to repair a torn tendon in his right ring finger and wasn't expected to begin catching passes until training camp, downplayed the situation. "If I wasn't ready, then I wasn't going to practice," he said. "But my hand is a non-issue."
