According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Favre will report for this weekend's mandatory mini-camp. Agent Bus Cook told Mortensen the veteran QB had a change of hear because "it's the right thing to do."

Favre said earlier this week that he'd skip the mini-camp to attend his daughter's graduation -- primarily because his still-recovering surgically-repaired ankle would keep him from actually taking part in workouts. HC Mike McCarthy, however, reiterated on Tuesday that the mini-camp was mandatory and that Favre wasn't excused. ... Favre nailed it; reporting is the right thing to do.
