Bubba Franks rotated in with the first-team offense during later 11-on-11 portions of practice Friday. Lee, however, got the first rep in each series.

No real surprise there. ... Franks was a shadow of his three-time Pro Bowl self last year, enduring his worst season in seven years as a pro with a multitude of drops and no touchdown catches. Lee had problems holding onto the ball at times, but he's clearly a more dangerous receiving threat than Franks at this point in their respective careers.
