Kircus was arrested Monday on suspicion of second-degree assault after an altercation at a weekend party. Kircus was released on $6,000 bail, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Department said. Broncos spokesman Jim Saccomano said any team comment would come later from head coach Mike Shanahan.
