The Facts:
The Titans are counting on a long list of players to show significant improvement this fall in order for the team to be competitive. Few would argue that Troupe is a headliner among the group. "With the ball in Ben's hands, he's a great playmaker," tight end coach John Zernhelt said. "Be-cause of that we have great expectations for him."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Troupe was slow to catch on as a rookie in 2004, but he came on strong with 55 catches for 530 yards and four touchdowns in 2005. As a result, expectations were high last season. But Troupe struggled. In 10 games he managed only 13 receptions for 150 yards and two scores. He missed the last six games with a fractured right foot. ... This year, Troupe will have to share the receiving chores with Bo Scaife, a former college teammate of Vince Young, who demonstrated considerable chemistry with the QB last year.
