The Raiders signed the free-agent wide receiver on Tuesday. Terms of Taylor's contract weren't released.

Taylor, has more career receptions and yards than any wide receiver on the roster. A first-round draft pick by Baltimore in 2000, has 311 receptions for 4,103 yards and 22 touchdowns. Jerry Porter is second with 240 catches for 3,234 yards and 24 touchdowns. Taylor heads for Oakland after spending the last two years with the Vikings.
