The Facts:
Green's relentless publicity campaign to become the Dolphins 2007 starting QB continued Tuesday as he addressed the media after participating in his first practice with the Chiefs since trade talks began in late February. "No, I don't. I don't," Green said when asked if he thought he'd be with the Chiefs this season. "I'm still holding out hope this deal gets done. That's what's been expressed from all parties involved."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Dolphins and Chiefs have been unable to agree on terms of a trade for Green, but said that both sides are still talking. The Dolphins are believed to have offered a future sixth-round pick, which the Chiefs have repeatedly turned down. ... If the Chiefs still intend to deal Green, they're taking a risk by having him participate in OTA (sessions, because if he is injured, they would have to guarantee his 2007 base salary of $7.2 million.
