The Facts:
A false imprisonment charge against Marshall stemming from a domestic dispute was dismissed. Attorney Harvey Steinberg said the charge was dismissed Friday. "I think when a complete investigation was done and all the facts were brought to light, it was clear why Brandon did what he did," Steinberg said. "They (prosecutors) agreed to take a second look and came to this conclusion."
