A frustrated Green told a Miami radio station that there's still a 90 percent chance he'll be with the Dolphins soon. "Ninety percent, because we talked with Miami today and the Chiefs today, so at least we know they're still talking," Green said. "Prior to the draft I would've said 100 percent."
