Dolphins first-round draft pick Ginn participated in his first mini-camp Friday and said he is "pain-free" after sustaining a serious left foot sprain in the BCS Championship game against Florida about five months ago.

Ginn had not been allowed to practice with the Dolphins until Thursday, the day Ohio State exams concluded, because NFL rules require players to finish the school year. Ginn, who returned punts in both Friday practices and spent time at receiver in the second session, said he felt "great" and showed speed running routes.
