The Facts:
Lelie, a key free-agent acquisition, has yet to make it through a full practice with the 49ers, but he vows to make an impression once he recovers from a leg injury. And while he doesn't want to "miss these opportunities to jell with the QBs," Lelie said he might miss the team's seven remaining OTA sessions to ensure he's fully healthy for training camp, which starts July 29.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Lelie strained his right quad while running a pass route during the opening of the team's three-day mini-camp in May. He returned for the start of organized team activities June 4 but withdrew after aggravating the injury. Asked where Lelie stands in the hierarchy of 49ers receivers, HC Mike Nolan said: "I really haven't thought about him that much. ... When the guy hasn't set foot on the field, it's out of sight, out of mind, from my standpoint." Message sent.
