According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Brown is seriously considering an offer from the Bears and will decide between signing with Chicago or returning to the Titans, who would also welcome him.

The Bears haven't certainly haven't telegraphed any interest in acquiring somebody capable of spelling newly-anointed feature back Cedric Benson, but Schefter's report made it clear that Brown has an offer from Chicago. The Titans' ongoing interest in Brown has been more openly discussed in recent weeks -- and Tennessee still seems like the more logical choice (given Brown's familiarity with the scheme and a less-than-settled depth chart). ...
