Interesting in that Del Rio told reporters in March he expected Wrighster to be fully recovered from his off-season labrum surgery by the start of training camp. ... Wrighster became the pass-catching tight end team officials thought rookie Marcedes Lewis would be last season and caught 35 passes. Although the Jaguars added former Viking Jermaine Wiggins -- and they are still hopeful Lewis will emerge as a receiving threat -- Wrighster has earned a continuing role, if he's healthy.
