The Facts:
As expected, wide receiver Santana Moss and Portis did not participate in Friday's mini-camp practice. They worked out together on the sidelines, running sprints, as the rest of the team practiced. Moss has been slowed in recent weeks by a groin injury. Portis has knee tendonitis and is also rehabbing from shoulder surgery last December.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to Washington Post staffer Jason La Canfora, Portis actually donned a helmet and pads for some light drills after spending the first hour or so working out Moss. While Portis didn't take part in team drills, it was more than expected. ... With Moss out, coaches will want to get a close look at Antwaan Randle El and Brandon Lloyd during mini-camp. With Portis sidelined, Ladell Betts is expected to get the bulk of reps at running back, followed by Rock Cartwright and Derrick Blaylock.
