The Titans expect to have a contract for Brown completed in time for him to be on the field Tuesday when the team begins its final mini-camp, HC Jeff Fisher said Monday."Chris was all along very excited about the opportunity to come back and it looks like we are dotting the i's and crossing the t's here and we will have agreed to terms hopefully by later this afternoon," Fisher said.

Last week Brown's agent, Wynn Silberman, said the fifth-year pro had narrowed his picks to Chicago or Tennessee. A return to the Titans seems to make more sense. Tennessee lost starter Travis Henry in free agency and want a veteran in the mix with second-year pro LenDale White and rookie Chris Henry. ... Stay tuned. More when a deal is officially announced.
