Culpepper and the Dolphins were scheduled for a hearing with arbitrator John Feerick at the team's facility in Florida on Friday, but weather prevented Feerick from flying out of New York Thursday and two other possible dates -- Saturday and this coming Tuesday -- didn't work out. ... Culpepper might not like the delay; the new hearing date is just 7-10 days before most teams are scheduled to report to camp and previous reports suggested it might take Feerick two weeks to reach a decision. ...
