The Facts:
McNair had his driving under the influence-related charge dropped today, a resolution that had been expected for the past six weeks. "I'm glad it's over," said McNair while leaving the courtroom. "That's all that matters."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
McNair was arrested May 9 on a little-known Tennessee misdemeanor offense, commonly referred to as "DUI by consent," which prohibits a vehicle owner from letting the vehicle be driven by someone who is inebriated. The case was dismissed at the Nashville criminal court after his brother-in-law, Jamie Cartwright (who was driving McNair's vehicle), had his DUI charge reduced to reckless driving. McNair will begin his second season as the Ravens starting quarterback when the team reports to training camp on July 29.
