Chambers was clocked driving 74 mph in a 45-mph zone and failed to adequately perform a series of field-sobriety tests after police pulled him over early Saturday in North Carolina, according to a police report. The arresting officer noted that Chambers emitted a "very strong odor" of alcohol, had watery or glassy eyes and mumbled his words. Chambers declined to submit to an on-site Breathalyzer test to determine his blood-alcohol level, but blew a level of 0.06 after he was taken to the county jail, the report said.
