The Facts:
Chambers, arrested for driving under the influence last Saturday, hired one of North Carolina's best DWI attorneys, George Laughrun, who insisted Wednesday his client has a solid case. Laughrun and Chambers met to discuss the case this week, and his client will plead not guilty to the charge of driving while impaired during an Aug. 15 hearing, Laughrun said.

Remember: Chambers' blood-alcohol level was below the legal limit at the time of testing. And only two of the six field sobriety tests administered during the traffic stop Saturday morning -- the basis for his arrest -- are admissible: The one-leg stand and the walk and turn. ... Still, in North Carolina, a person also can be found guilty for driving while impaired even if they blow below the legal limit on their breathalyzer test, as Chambers did. ... Meanwhile, Laughrun suggests that unless the prosecution decides against trying the case, a trial will be held in October or September.
