An interesting development considering the Bucs have no shortage of quarterbacks -- even with Jake Plummer insisting his retirement is permanent. Still, as PFT editor Mike Florio notes, HC Jon Gruden is on the hot seat and must win in 2007, any potential upgrade is welcome. It's just not clear if Culpepper is healthy enough to be viewed as an upgrade. ... For what it's worth, Florio suggests the Lions might also join the ranks of those interested in Culpepper. ...
