A former second-round pick of the Broncos (2004) who caught 31 passes for 385 yards as a rookie, he spent part of last year on the practice squad before being activated for the season finale. He suffered what was believed to be a knee injury during OTAs and missed most of the team's veteran mini-camp. Vacchiano went on to suggest it didn't help Watts' cause that receivers Brandon London and Anthony Mix had impressive offseasons for the Giants.
