With Mike Vick's season-long outlook shaky at best, Petrino hopes that Harrington can fulfill some of the promise that made him the No. 3 pick overall in the 2002 draft by the Detroit Lions. While Petrino's hope is understandable, Fantasy owners would be wise not to share in it.
