The Facts:
According to a report from 610 Sports in Kansas City, Holmes is planning a comeback. When the report broke late Tuesday evening, our league source confirmed it's probable that if Holmes is medically cleared, he'll show up sometime in the first three of four days of training camp next week.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
If true, this development would makes things very interesting for Fantasy owners, the Chiefs and Larry Johnson, who is planning to hold out in an effort to land a new contract. That said, we'll stress the use of "if true" in the previous sentence. Remember: Holmes, who hasn't played since injuring his neck midway through the 2005 season, must receive medical clearance to return. We'll also remind you that reports earlier this year hinted that Holmes wasn't going through his usual off-season conditioning. ... Stay tuned. "If true," we'll obviously hear more soon.
