Kolb signed a four-year deal with the Eagles on Wednesday, the last of the team's eight picks to sign. Kolb, the Eagles' first pick in the April draft, was selected in the second round with the 36th overall pick. The Eagles acquired that pick and two others in a trade with Dallas.
