Jake Plummer A No Show In Tampa
(7/26 7:35 PT)

The Facts:
According to NFL Network insider Adam Schefter, Plummer did not report for Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp, making the veteran quarterback a holdout. Schefter further reports the team intends to pursue from Plummer more than $7 million in bonus money. They also intend to fine Plummer $14,000 for each day he's not in camp. Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Plummer, acquired from Denver in an offseason trade even though the quarterback has said he's retired. HC Jon Gruden met with him in Idaho this summer but was not able to persuade Plummer to change his mind and report to camp. ... Meanwhile, Gruden said there was nothing new to report on Tampa Bay's interest in free agent Daunte Culpepper. "He's a heck of a quarterback. He's thrown a lot of touchdown passes," Gruden said of Culpepper.
