There are indications that talks with Quinn had moved forward and his holdout might not last as long as initially thought. This after the team agreed to terms with No. 1 pick, OT Joe Thomas Thursday night.

Browns training camp Camp in earnest today, which means the team's quarterback competition begins as well. The team's other quarterbacks have been working in a rookie camp for four days, but today marks the first day the entire team will be present. Until Quinn signs, Derek Anderson and Charlie Frye will have an edge in learning the team's new offense. Once Quinn signs, the practice reps will be divided three ways until a starter is named.
