Bulger, heading into the final year of his current contract, was a no-show at a mandatory team meeting Thursday, and faced the possibility of being fined $14,000 for each day of training camp he missed. He reported for practice earlier today and now we know why.The Post-Dispatch adds the guaranteed money in the contract extension amounts to $20 million. The deal will make Bulger one of the highest-paid quarterbacks in the National Football League.
