Parker appears to be a lock to open the regular season as San Diego's No. 2 receiver for the second-straight year despite the addition of first-round pick Craig Davis. But he is likely to evolve into more of a possession receiver with the personnel around him changing. But he'll obviously need to stay healthy to make a legitimate contribution.
