According to Plain Dealer staffer Mary Kay Cabot, Quinn, he No. 22 overall pick, Quinn is seeking about $8 million in guaranteed money, same as the No. 20 overall pick, and the Browns have increased their guaranteed offer to about $7.5 million. GM Phil Savage said Friday he was willing to pay a quarterback premium above the No. 22 slot to get Quinn into camp. The two sides have also made progress on the amount of playing time needed to trigger the escalators in the contract and the total amount of the incentive package.
