Speculation had been rampant that it was just a matter of time until the Green, who has been invited to seek a trade, will be out of Cleveland. General Manager Phil Savage said Tuesday that a trade is still possible, especially on draft day.

It's worth noting, however, that both Savage and head coach Romeo Crennel said Green might still help the Browns, who tentatively have Lee Suggs and Reuben Droughns ahead of him on the depth chart. "If he's a good football player, we want him," Savage said.
