Almost since the first day of camp, Jennings has been the split end in three-receiver sets and coaches have replaced Jennings on the front side of those formations with promising rookie James Jones, who is being given a crash course on the offense so he can be ready for the season opener. By the way, Jones had a huge game against the Seahawks Saturday night -- two touchdown receptions and four catches overall for 58 yards -- while Jennings was shut out. ... It's a trend worth watching.
