The Facts:
The Steelers signed receiver/special teams player Sean Morey and tight end Walter Rasby to one-year contracts, Morey for $455,000 and Rasby for $765,000 as well as third-string quarterback Brian St. Pierre, who played in one game last year.

Rasby, who broke into the NFL with the Steelers in 1994 as a rookie free agent, re-signed with them in December to replace the injured Jay Riemersma and played in their final six games. ... Morey, a former Eagles special teams captain, was claimed by Pittsburgh just before the start of last season and made 11 solo tackles. He also caught his first career pass.
