Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
According to other reports, Leftwich will be released if the Jaguars can't find a suitable trading partner -- something that might be more difficult with all the cards now on the table. Leftwich, who will be replaced by David Garrard as J-ville's starting QB, was 24-20 as a starter, completing 789 of 1,344 passes for 9,042 yards, 51 touchdowns and 36 interceptions for a passer rating of 80.5. Leftwich had been the team's official starter since the fourth game of his rookie season. ... Atlanta and Minnesota have the most obvious need at quarterback. The Ravens might also be interested in Leftwich as a possible QB of the future.
