The Chiefs reached a one-year agreement with the veteran receiver on Tuesday. A restricted free agent, Boerigter has played in 31 games with Kansas City in three seasons, with 31 receptions for 578 yards and eight touchdowns. He missed the 2004 season after tearing a ligament in his right knee in a preseason game against Cleveland.
