The Cowboys re-signed Billy Cundiff to another one-year contract on Wednesday, giving him the opportunity to win the job for the fourth straight season. Restricted free-agent fullback Darian Barnes, who started 10 games last year, also signed a one-year contract with the team.

Cundiff has won the job in training camp in each of the last three seasons, but this will be his first without longtime kicking coach Steve Hoffman, who was let go in January after 16 seasons with the club. Hoffman brought in Cundiff, an undrafted rookie in 2002.
