It's the latest, and possibly the most hallowed record claimed by Favre. Two weeks ago, Favre broke John Elway's mark for career victories by a QB when he led the Packers to a 35-13 win over the Giants. He also holds the marks for career completions and consecutive starts by a QB, which hit 241 Sunday. Favre entered the day needing just 11 attempts to break Marino's record for passes and is also within shouting distance of Marino's record for yards passing. Favre also needs two more interceptions to tie George Blanda's career total of 277.
