Heap, who suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's loss to the Browns, limped out of the locker room and is unsure of his status for the team's game against the 49ers. "I can't say it's horrible. We'll just have to see how it goes tomorrow," said Heap, who has been hampered by ankle and leg injuries throughout his career.

In addition to Heap, No. 2 TE Daniel Wilcox injured his foot Sunday opening the door for Quinn Sypniewski to see extensive time.
