The Dolphins used the second pick in the NFL Draft to select Brown, a running brown out of Auburn.  Reported by NFL.com

Nick Saban may have found his replacement for Ricky Williams. ... The Dolphins ranked 31st in the NFL in rushing last year after losing Williams, who abruptly retired before the start of training camp. The 6-foot, 233-pound Brown was regarded as the most complete back in the draft, but he split time in Auburn's backfield with Carnell "Cadillac" Williams, who also is expected to be a top-10 pick. ... Brown is the first running back take in the top five since LaDainian Tomlinson was selected fifth overall by San Diego in 2001.
