Most observers expected the team to go with a receiver in this spot, but it was Mike Williams rather than Williamson most projected here. ... Williamson is, nonetheless, an intriguing possibility. He's big enough to fight defensive backs for the ball, and his sub-4.4 speed can get him past defenders. ... For the record, Rams' general manager Charley Armey recently Williamson the best player in the draft. "Nobody can cover him," Army said. ...
