Kevin Jones Says He's Ready For More
(10/8 12:12 PT)

The Facts:
In the first half of Sunday's loss to the Redskins, Jones barely saw the field and didn't touch the ball. He had 11 carries for 48 yards and two catches for 17 yards in the second half. Asked about the way he was used in the first half, Jones said: "I don't agree with that. I think I need to be in there consistently getting touches so I can get into the rhythm of the game." Reported by the Detroit Free Press

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
HC Rod Marinelli said the Lions stuck to their rotation and the decision was based on Jones' health. This was Jones' third game since he suffered a serious foot injury last December. Jones said he wasn't 100 percent yet, but added: "I'm good enough to play and good enough to get the ball." Jones further suggested he expects more touches in coming weeks.
