The Facts:
Pittman could be out six to eight weeks with an ankle injury, HC Jon Gruden confirmed in his weekly news conference on Monday. Gruden described the injury as "a pretty good sprain,'' but said the Bucs will know more when they receive the results of an MRI later today.

Other reports have suggested Pittman actually cracked his fibula during the second quarter of Sunday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts. We'll have more when the MRI results are revealed. ... Meanwhile, Earnest Graham will become the starting tailback and rookie Kenneth Darby will be elevated on the depth chart. Gruden also said the Bucs will "look to see what's out there,'' in terms of a replacement.
